Greenpulse membership Recruitment in Semester 1 of the 2010/2011

       The Greenpulse membership recruitment in semester 1 of the 2010/2011 academic year was implemented. The purposes of this activity were to introduce Greenpulse to first year students and to invite them to join us.

       This membership recruitment drive was held over 2 months, beginning from the 26th of July until the 3rd of August 2010. The Greenpulse committee had prepared a slide show and gave students a short presentation before or after their lectures.

       There are a total of 75 new members from different courses.  There are 26 members from Conservation Biology, 8 members from Environmental Science, 7 members from Aquaculture, 26 members from Marine Science, 9 members from Industrial Chemistry, 2 members from Mathematic with Economy, 4 members from Biotechnology and 4 members from other courses.

       During the science carnival, 22 people were interested in joining Greenpulse.

       To conclude, the Greenpulse membership recruitment drive successfully attracted 97 people to join as new members. The Greenpulse commitment involved in this membership recruitment drive are Pang See Min, Chin Kim Ling, Dazvieo Keniin, Kwek Shi Ting, and Chong Man Tien.

  2. I searched this blog and I can’t find any centers in Sabah that recycle computer parts. If I missed it, please direct me to that post, thanks.

    I have several dead CRT monitors that I want to throw away, but I prefer to do it in a greener way.
